How we work

We're often engaged at key inflection points or to build long-term visibility through an ongoing partnership. It might be M&A activity, team changes or gaps, repositioning/rebranding, or the launch of a new offering. Regardless of the trigger, our clients either looking to be more visible or have better visibility into what's happening.

Common questions, honest answers.

Most clients do, because it sets the baseline for everything else. Some come to us with a recent audit (theirs or another partner's) and want to move straight into monthly work — that's fine, we just want to align on what we're optimizing toward before we start.

If you know a redesign or rebrand is happening, choose Discovery; we'll shape the new site's foundation. If the current site is staying, or you're still deciding, choose the Action Plan; we'll assess what's there today and give you a prioritized punch list.

Yes. The expertise areas overlap, but you can scope an engagement around a single one. Many clients begin with analytics because it's the foundation that makes the other disciplines measurable.

Both, and they work together. Many of the practices that improve AI visibility — content quality, authority, structure, schema — also improve traditional search. We recommend an integrated approach rather than treating them as separate initiatives.

Technical fixes can show up in days to weeks. AI search visibility typically moves in 1–2 months. Competitive content rankings in difficult spaces can take 6–12 months of sustained effort. The audit itself runs about four weeks end-to-end.

Absolutely — that's how the plan is structured. Recommendations are categorized by impact and effort with enough detail to hand to internal teams or another partner. We're available for follow-up Q&A for up to four weeks after delivery, and longer if helpful.
