How we work

We're often engaged at key inflection points like M&A activity, team changes, a rebrand, or the launch of a new offering. Or simply because it's time for a steady partner to help improve visibility.

Common starting points.

You don't need to have it all figured out before you talk to us. Most clients recognize a few of these.

Traffic plateaued or dropped

Organic traffic has been flat, or down, for a quarter or two and the usual adjustments aren't moving the needle.

Rankings softened

Terms that used to be stable have slipped, and nobody has a clear explanation for why.

Analytics aren't trustworthy

The data might not be accurate enough to act on, which makes every decision harder to justify.

A redesign is coming, or you're weighing one

Design and development partners need IA, content, and measurement inputs before they start making expensive decisions.

No AI search strategy

People are searching in entirely new ways on entirely new platforms, and you need help navigating what to do about it.

No dedicated specialist in-house

You need someone who can set strategy and do the work, not just hand you a report.

Our approach.

Regardless of the trigger, our approach remains consistent. Every engagement opens with the same audit. We don't just generate a list of problems. We tell you what to fix first, why it matters, and how to present the case for action. If a redesign is on the table, we widen the same audit to cover the research a rebuild needs, rather than running a separate process.

Where we look first.

Technical health

Crawl coverage, indexation, page speed, site structure, redirect chains, and other signals that determine how much of your site search engines and AI crawlers actually reach.

Content performance

What's earning traffic and conversions, what's decaying, and what's cannibalizing other pages for the same queries.

AI Search visibility

How AI models respond to queries in your space, whether they're citing your content or a competitor's, and what your server logs reveal about crawler behavior.

Agent readiness

Whether your content and structure are ready for the agent-first web: schema, crawl accessibility, and how pages are formatted for AI comprehension.

Competitive intelligence

How two to five key competitors are positioned against you: where they're winning, where you're close, and where they're vulnerable.

Analytics accuracy

Whether GA4, Tag Manager, and your attribution model are telling a story finance can act on.

Move fast. Fix what matters first.

The first 90 days are deliberately front-loaded. We find where the leverage is, ship the fixes most likely to move traffic, rankings, and AI visibility, and show you what's moved, all before the first quarter closes. After that, quarterly contracts keep the momentum going: monthly execution, closed out with a QBR.

Days 1–30
Find the Leverage

Find the Leverage

We agree goals, get access, and lock in baselines, then run the full audit: technical, content, AI visibility, agent readiness, competitors, and analytics. One question drives all of it: where is the biggest gap between where you are and where you could be?

Day 30
Action Plan & Buy-In

Action Plan & Buy-In

We walk you through the findings and hand over an action plan with every item scored by impact and effort. We also help you make the case internally, so the plan has backing before the work starts.

Days 31–60
Ship What Matters

Ship What Matters

We start at the top of the plan: the technical issues holding back crawling and indexing, the pages closest to ranking or converting, and the gaps in how AI models describe you. Fixes ship in weeks, not after a long backlog.

Days 61–90
Measure & Adjust

Measure & Adjust

We report what has moved in rankings, AI citations, and conversions, using analytics you can trust. Then we revisit the plan with real data and agree what to double down on.

Every Quarter
Compound & Review

Compound & Review

A monthly rhythm of resetting priorities, shipping the work, and checking results. Each quarter closes with a QBR covering what changed, what didn't, and why, so we can agree on the next quarter together.

What you walk away with.

Baseline & Action Plan

A unified report and prioritized action plan from month one, specific enough to execute internally, with another partner, or with us.

Early Momentum

The highest-impact fixes get worked in months two and three, building momentum before the first quarter even closes.

Compounding Progress

Each quarter's work builds directly on the last. Context doesn't reset and momentum doesn't stall.

A Real Partner

Someone who understands your business and educates as they go. Not a vendor managing a keyword list.

Quarterly Checkpoints

A QBR at the end of every quarter keeps priorities honest and gives both sides a clean point to recalibrate or step away.

Simple Terms

A three-month initial engagement, then quarterly contracts. No long-term lock-in.

Delivered via your own portal

Everything in one place, from day one.

Every finding, plan, and update lives in your own private Sitelogic portal. It starts with the audit and stays with you every quarter after, so nothing gets lost between phases.

  • Review priorities and the action plan
  • Track progress month by month
  • Share context with your team

ONGOING
Starting at $8,000 per month
3-month initial engagement, then quarterly contracts

One partnership covering the audit, quick wins, and ongoing execution across SEO, AI Search, and Analytics.

  • Full audit across technical, content, AI visibility, and analytics (month one)
  • Prioritized action plan and high-impact fixes (months two and three)
  • Monthly strategy, advisory, and hands-on execution after that
  • A Quarterly Business Review with every new quarter
  • No long-term lock-in: three-month terms, renewed each quarter

Common questions, honest answers.

Yes. Every engagement starts with an audit in month one. It gives us a shared baseline and makes sure the work that follows is targeted, not guesswork. If you already have a recent audit, ours or another partner's, tell us and we'll align on it before moving into execution.

The same audit applies. We just widen the lens to cover what a redesign needs: directional information architecture, content strategy, and a measurement plan, alongside the standard technical, content, AI, and analytics review.

The initial engagement runs three months: the audit and action plan in month one, then high-impact fixes in months two and three. After that, we move to quarterly contracts. No long-term lock-in. Each quarter is its own commitment, reviewed at the QBR before it renews.

At the end of each quarter we review what changed, what didn't, and why. We recalibrate priorities together and agree on the next quarter's focus before it starts.

No. It all works together. AI search visibility depends on similar technical and content foundations as traditional SEO, and none of it can be proven without accurate analytics. Treating one in isolation leaves gaps the others would have caught, so every engagement covers all three.

Both, and they work together. Many of the practices that improve AI visibility (content quality, authority, structure, schema) also improve traditional search. We recommend an integrated approach rather than treating them as separate initiatives.

Technical fixes can show up in days to weeks. High-impact fixes from the action plan typically land within the first three months. AI search visibility usually moves in 1–2 months. Competitive content rankings in difficult spaces can take 6–12 months of sustained effort.
