Peter Bender
Peter founded Sitelogic in 2018 to take a more pragmatic approach to website optimization. Since then, he's grown the business but narrowed the focus, balancing four things: the business, the brand, the user, and now, the bots. A site needs to support the bottom line, speak to the right audience, and work well for the people using it, all while holding up in an AI-driven search landscape where visibility runs through AEO and GEO as much as traditional SEO.
That balance shows up in how Peter works with clients, too. He starts by listening, both to see if there's a real fit and to make sure any strategy actually matches the business. From there, it's about being a true partner rather than a vendor running through a checklist: someone clients can bring a problem to and trust to handle it well. That means high-quality work backed by real data, clarity through custom tracking, site architecture built around actual users instead of guesswork, and optimization that's purposeful and measurable rather than reactive.
Before starting Sitelogic, Peter spent time in account and strategy leadership at R/GA and Elevate, working on projects for clients like L'Oréal, Capital One, Hanes, and UFC. He got his first taste of SEO as a content writer at Oracle Marketing Cloud (then Compendium).
Outside the office, Peter is an over-caffeinated coffee nerd (Chemex is his method of choice), an enthusiastic home cook, and a traveler who's visited more than 30 countries. He's based in Indianapolis with his wife and two kids.
